The goals of this project are (1) to develop new imaging technologies to track chromatin motions, (2) to characterize chromatin motions in cells exposed to DNA damaging agents and define functional consequences for DNA repair and genomic translocations, and (3) to evaluate the predictive value of chromatin kinetic measurement for prevention of therapy-induced myeloid neoplasms.
