Wake Forest School of Medicine serves as the administrative agency providing support to address behavioral health disparities in NC through the provision of resources, community mobilization, training, technical assistance and the distribution of community mini-grants. The contract includes oversight and technical assistance provided to the Watauga Health Integration project.
