    The COMprehensive Post-Acute Stroke Services (COMPASS) Study: A Large Pragmatic Study to Evaluate Patient-Centered Outcomes
    Role Description: The purpose of this cluster randomized trial of 40 North Carolina hospitals (6000 patients) is to evaluate the comparative effectiveness of a patient-centered transitional care model versus usual care regarding functional outcomes of patients after a stroke, family caregiver strain, and hospital readmissions.

    Building Social Networks to Improve Physical Activity and Weight Loss in Latino Parents
    Role Description: This study will examine the social network conditions that facilitate (or constrain) the spread of physical activity and healthy weight changes in groups of people with the goal of identifying leverage points for intervention.

    Evaluation of the Clinton Health Matters Initiative in San Diego
    Role Description: A supplement to the primary evaluation of CHMI in which we are serving as a developmental evaluator to support the Foundation’s design, implementation and refinement of an adaptation to the standard CHMI model. The Clinton Foundation, San Diego Foundation, and the County of San Diego are building a coalition of agencies, including child welfare services and juvenile justice, to improve outcomes of children in foster care.
