A supplement to the primary evaluation of CHMI in which we are serving as a developmental evaluator to support the Foundation’s design, implementation and refinement of an adaptation to the standard CHMI model. The Clinton Foundation, San Diego Foundation, and the County of San Diego are building a coalition of agencies, including child welfare services and juvenile justice, to improve outcomes of children in foster care.
